FLAG
Oh, the white and red adornment of the blue skies,
My sister's wedding dress, my martyr's final shroud!
Light upon light, wave upon wave, my flag,
I have read your epic, I will write your epic.
He who does not look at you with my eyes
I will dig his grave.
The bird that flies without saluting you
I will destroy its nest.
Where you wave, there is no fear, no sorrow...
In your shade, give me a place too, give me a place!
Let morning not come, let days not dawn, it doesn't matter.
The light of the star and moon is enough for the homeland.
When war takes us to the snowy mountains.
We warmed ourselves in your redness,
When it cast us from the mountains to the deserts.
We took refuge in your shade.
Oh, now swaying, waving in the winds;
Dove of peace, eagle of war...
My flower blooming in high places;
I was born under you,
I will die at your feet.
My history, my honor, my poetry, my everything:
Choose a place on Earth!
Wherever you wish to be planted,
Tell me, I will plant you there!
