Brand Registration Through an Authorized Agent
Brand registration is done through an agent who helps in the correct identification and classification of names and signs. After the brand sample is prepared, a power of attorney is prepared, and the application is made through the agent by making the necessary payment. As long as no objection is made to the application, the payment is made, and the brand registration process is completed within 10 months. The validity period of the registration process, which every TC citizen can have done, is 10 years.
