Cooling in Plastic Injection Machines
Generally, they are artificial substances that are shaped by systems such as casting, rolling, etc., by applying heat and pressure. Plastics, which are used for many different purposes, are chemically similar to a chain called a polymer and consist of molecules. At the same time, these polymers are formed by the end-to-end connection of very small molecules called monomers. Plastics are not found ready-made in nature. Two different cooling processes are required in plastic injection machines: oil cooling and mold cooling. Accordingly, especially mold cooling needs to be effective and provide quite fast results. The cooling water temperature is always an important parameter for carrying out cooling processes effectively.
